As the College's Chief Continuing Education Officer, the Vice Provost for Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) reports to the Provost and provides leadership that enhances curriculum and instruction, grows business outreach, and standardizes operational excellence that is always focused on student retention, completion, and employment. Guiding the departments with an engaged and collaborative team, fostering positive college-wide relationships, and cultivating a diverse faculty and staff, the VPCCE also drives economic and workforce development in the service area.

Midlands Technical College is dedicated to providing excellent service to its students, employees, and the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree plus seven (7) years of workforce development experience; strong understanding of customized/contract training; knowledge of curriculum development and instructional delivery; and demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience. Valid SC Driver's License is also required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven leadership ability with professional level staff along with strong student and constituent relationship skills. Knowledge of principles, procedures, and legal issues pertaining to higher education. Knowledge of MTC's mission, goals, and objectives and the ability to relate Corporate and Continuing Education goals and objectives to those of the college. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, strong business acumen, and be able to work with a diverse constituency in a collaborative style.
