Duties & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will serve as the Veterans Resource Coordinator reporting directly to the Assistant Registrar of Veterans Engagement.
- He/She will coordinate, maintain and respond to all departmental inquiries related to educational benefit processing and military funding.
- Incumbent will serve as the first point of contact for all veterans, service members, spouses, dependents and their families by providing additional support, customer service and best practices.
