Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:
Job details:
  • Capital Improvements – Run COPS and NON COPS pay cycles to support funding for capital improvements invoices. Ensure data is consistent between all 3 operating systems: Peoplesoft, NC Financial System, and IBIS State Budget System.
  • Payroll Allocations- Run payroll allocations on bi-weekly/monthly basis to move payroll liability to liability accounts.
  • Assist with daily deposits as needed.
  • Assist with Institutional Operational Bank Reconciliation
  • Assist with month-end responsibilities
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework;
or Associate’s degree in accounting; or Associate’s degree in business or related discipline with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
