Position Description


Advertised Job Summary
The Retention team is primarily responsible for selling /renewing Gamecock Club memberships and season tickets associated with those memberships. This person should be a self-motivated and positive professional. The Account Executive for Retention will work under the guidance of the Associate AD/Revenue Generation and Business Intelligence and be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Some knowledge or experience working in sports ticket sales required.
Preferred Qualifications
Some familiarity in Ticketmaster Archtics or comparable ticketing platform and a CRM database software preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
This person should be a self-motivated and positive professional.

Job Duty
Proactively secure the sales / renewals of Gamecock Club memberships and their respective season tickets for all USC Athletics sports (football, men’s/women’s basketball, baseball).
