Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities | Provide direct customer service to applicants by interviewing and collecting eligibility documents from interested customers for appropriate careers, individualized employment, training, and supportive services. Screen and assist students in registering for industry skills training and potential work-based learning opportunities. Work directly with Three Rivers and the local community colleges to connect students to skills training programs identified as accelerated. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Identify and recruit participants leveraging the business service unit at the American Job Centers. Actively recruit customers and collaborate with local training providers, schools, businesses, and agencies. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Match participant skills and experience with employer requirements in advancement manufacturing, logistics technology, or construction. Supply information about approved training and training providers to potential students who qualify for this program. |
