Job Title Undergraduate Student Office Assistant - Mathematics (Summer Employment)
Job Description
Summer 2024 Only. The student office assistant will be responsible for making scratch pads, assisting with conference preparation, and assisting with department purchasing of office supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current Notre Dame student.
Preferred Qualifications
Office experience helpful.
Special Instructions to Applicants
Summer 2024 position. Help with conference preparation. Organize office supplies and order new supplies as needed. Manage departmental printers by maintaining toner and paper. Perform general office duties as assigned. Example, making scratch pads as well as assisting office staff in preparation for the Fall Semester.
