Position Summary: | A member of the University of Dayton Arena Event Staff will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking that guests possess a valid ticket for entry, prohibiting banned items from entry into the facility, provide directions and information where necessary, assist patrons to their assigned seating locations, ensure that areas are only utilized in accordance with policy, ensure their areas of responsibility are free of debris and hazards, distribute promotional or informational items as required and assist in times of emergency for those events held at the UD Arena, UD Athletics facilities and Welcome Stadium (UD sponsored events only). |
