Description of Work | This position will assist with Training Coordination of New Worker Training and Inservice training, assisting with entering data in the CCFL online classroom database, creating training documents, assisting in creating training calendars, assisting with all monthly, quarterly, semi annual reports. Assist with maintaining group files. This position will assist with front desk duties such as answering incoming calls, assisting CCFL staff, trainees, maintenance crews, delivery persons, and visitors. Will assist with the downloading, uploading, and archiving of training videos. Will assist with the creation and print production of various training materials. Will provide office support with various other duties as needed. Will assist in scheduling webinars for trainers and others and monitor webinars as needed. Will assist in video and audio recordings and will field tech calls from trainers. Minimum Required Qualifications | High school diploma plus one year of experience of excel data entry; equivalent education/experience considered. Working knowledge of general office procedures and general office equipment. PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software program skills. Experience must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, detail orientation, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and to work within established procedures. |
Preferred Qualifications | The ideal candidate may have relevant coursework, or specialized training beyond high school. Proficiency in Microsoft Word. |
