Shift:  Monday – Friday DAYS
Department:  Mizzou Therapy Services – Children’s Therapy Center 
Salary Range:            $78,520 - $127,962 (PT/OT/SLP)
                                   $59,322 - $96,762 (OTA/PTA) 


ABOUT THE JOB   

MU Health Care is looking for a passionate and dedicated Supervisor for Therapy Services to join our dynamic team. As the Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in leading our rehabilitation staff and ensuring exceptional patient care within our Therapy Services Department. We're seeking a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills, who can act as a liaison between staff, patients, and their families to address concerns effectively. Collaboration is key in our environment, and the ideal candidate will work closely with departmental managers and clinical supervisors to uphold our institutional objectives. Qualifications

 

Two (2) years of experience in therapy services. Licensed as: -Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure by the Missouri Board of Occupational Therapy; or -Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure by the Missouri Commission for Speech-Language Pathologists, and Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) certification from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); or -Physical Therapist (PT) licensure by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts or PT Compact multi-state privilege. When primary state of residency changes, compact state PTs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.

OR

Two (2) years of clinical experience in occupational therapy or physical therapy. Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) licensure by the Missouri Board of Occupational Therapy; or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.
