Job Summary/Basic Function:
  • Reports to the Director of Counseling and Testing;
  • Advises students regarding admissions and testing requirements;
  • Administers standardized tests and local computerized placement tests in a secure environment on-campus & off-campus
  • Assists in test registration activities as needed;
  • Supports the department’s student success initiatives.
Physical Demands:
Able to traverse campus, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, bending, vision, hearing, and talking;
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an associate degree, bachelor’s degree desirable, from a regionally accredited college or university;
  • Must possess the ability to work in a team environment;
  • Flexible schedule including Saturday’s
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with the public;
  • Demonstrated ability working with culturally diverse populations; bilingual language skills desirable;
  • Other qualities, experiences, and skills that enhance one’s value to the institution;
  • Exceptional employment or educational qualifications may be given special consideration.

  • Bilingual language skills.
