As an Assistant Professor specializing in International Business at UAPB, SBM, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality instruction and guidance to students in the field of International Business. Your role encompasses both classroom teaching and academic support activities. The following job duties outline your responsibilities in detail:
Classroom Instruction:
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and discussions on topics related to international business, including global market trends, cross-cultural management, and international trade.
Develop and update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments, ensuring they align with program objectives and industry standards in the field of international business.
Employ various teaching methodologies, such as case studies, simulations, guest speakers, and experiential learning, to enhance student understanding and application of concepts.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active student participation and critical thinking in the context of international business.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with faculty members to design and update the curriculum for international business courses, ensuring they reflect global industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
