Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Management (F97694) at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):

Teach undergraduate & graduate university courses in management & organizational behavior including Managing Organizational Behavior (BA 7040); Management of Organizational Behavior (MGT 2530); Advanced Organizational Behavior (MGT 5530); Building Leadership Competencies (MGT 5560); Leading in Organizations (MGT 7816); & Strategic Leadership (MGT 7815).

Advise students.

Conduct research in ethical leadership. Publish results of research in peer-reviewed journals & present results at professional conferences.


Qualifications:

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Management or Organizational Behavior or Business Administration.

Ph.D. dissertation in ethical leadership.
