Tenure Track Assistant Professor, International Organizational Behavior

Job Description Summary

The Management Department at Bentley University invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Organizational Behavior at the rank of assistant professor, effective Fall 2025. Salary is competitive.

We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or a closely related discipline with a research focus and a teaching interest in International Organizational Behavior.  Responsibilities include publishing high-quality scholarly research, teaching international/cross-cultural management behavior at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and participating in other academic and professional activities.  We are seeking a candidate focused on cross-cultural effectiveness, national culture, and/or international organizational behavior.

Reflected in the balance of our teacher-scholar model, the position carries a five-course teaching load per academic year. Class sizes vary but are capped at 36 students. The faculty member hired for this position will be expected to be an enthusiastic participant in the Management Department, Bentley University, and the wider academic community.

Our distinguished faculty has received many research and teaching awards from the university and professional organizations.
