Information Technology - Help Desk

Dependent on job/team assignment, this position will be responsible for the following:  

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Provide technical support via chat, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot both hardware and software for campus

Standard Schedule is between 8am-5pm - 40 hrs.per week

A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.

  • Communication skills both in person and via chats and emails
  • Basic experience with windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System internal (system files, registry, etc.)
  • Customer service focused interactions
  • Able to follow both written and verbal directions

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $16.00 to $20.00 hourly.  


Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
