About the Opportunity


The Temporary Assistant will support to help run and manage corporate partnership programs


• Manage student experience within the EDGE team's portfolio.

• Provide learner support as a main point of contact, assist with learner communications and engagement.

• Work with team to monitor learner metrics and provide outreach and resources to struggling learners.


• Bachelors Degree preferred

• Must have strong people skills and be able to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.

• Experience working in highly collaborative teams; strong organizational, administrative and time management skills required.

• Ability to solve problems, analyze data, and summarize information.

• Help to build positive relationships with learners, partners, and across departments.
