| Essential Job Duties | The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with the content developers and subject matter experts to develop face-to-face food safety modules, design learning activities and assessments, conduct quality assurance checks upon module completion. The employee will also develop manuals and written materials for various audiences within the food industry and revise modules upon faculty review. The hire will also complete other project-related duties as assigned, as well as instill accessibility into learning modules (maintain compliance with ADA and Section 508 requirements) |
