Student Affairs- Care Management 

In this part-time position the candidate assists students in meeting a variety of needs, navigating the college experience, and addressing barriers to wellbeing, academic progress, and personal success.  Provides direct service, connection to resources, and follow-up to support the well-being of the individual student while balancing the health, safety, and welfare needs of the campus community.

Job Duties

  • Serve as a resource, consultant, and liaison for concerns for student well-being and success
  • Provide triage, direct support, brief intervention, and referral services
  • Assist with crisis management, critical incident support, and response
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in a data management system
  • Provide support and collaboration as part of the continuum of care
  • Follow campus, federal, and state policies related to role and privacy laws
  • Other duties as assigned

A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $20.00-$25.00 hourly. 

 
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
