This is an 11-week, 39.5 hr/week position for the summer of 2024. This position is open to recent graduates who graduated within the last year or will graduate in May 2024. The goal of the AEF (Agroecology Education Farm) Recent Graduate Internship program is to provide an immersive experience for a recent college graduate who has had none or limited farm experience and who would benefit from additional training and professional development before entering the workforce. The intern will work closely alongside the farm manager and summer crew members to gain exposure to agroecological farming and to develop basic farm skills necessary for future employment in agriculture. Time will be built into the intern’s schedule for professional development in areas decided by the intern and farm manager together.
