Position Summary:

As a member of the Talent Management Operations team, provides coordination of Talent Management systems, programs and daily operations in support to the Talent Management Department 

Your contribution to the team includes: 

  • Process employment life cycle transactions via automated workflows, wizard and data entry.  
  • Accountable for any non-self-service entry into the HRIS database, working closely with the HRIS Analyst, Finance/Payroll. 
  • Support Compensation and Total Rewards work groups compensation work with tasks meeting calendaring, agenda preparation, meeting notes compilation, distribution of notes and follow up on deliverables.
  • Provide support with compensation tasks such as job descriptions, Compensation Log maintenance, Status Change Memos, extracting data from HRIS related to compensation, creating and maintaining compensation process documentation and workflows and compensation analysis as requested.
  • Issue employee identification badges.
  • Process employee immunization data and tracking to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain all employment files which include personnel, confidential and employee medical files.
  • Maintain Employee Health and Safety database. 
  • Notify supervisors of annual employee health & safety documentation needed.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Team to provide support for HealthPoint’s New Employee Onboarding programs.
  • Attend and support Talent Management team meetings. Acts as back up to other Talent Management Coordinators as needed.
  • Participate in the development of department goals, objectives, work plans and metrics.

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university in Human Resources or related field; or one to two years human resources related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures/reports/documents, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups of employees and clients.
  • The ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction.   Constructive thinking and alternative short- to long-term solutions must be considered.  Action plans must be developed and implemented.
  • Demonstrated operating knowledge of computers.   Intermediate level ability with Word, Excel and Outlook.  HRIS knowledge preferred.

Proof of immunizations and/or immunity to: COVID-19, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), Varicella, Annual Influenza, and TB are required for all employees. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immunity prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
