Job Summary: 

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be a partner to the Talent Acquisition team to source and recruit top talent for hard-to-fill positions throughout the organization. This candidate will be empowered to build targeted sourcing plans for assigned roles and develop talent pipelines in support of the staffing plans for key strategic roles. This role will leverage social media and engage passive talent.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer manages functions related to the full life cycle recruitment process and maintains excellent relations with TA Partners, hiring leaders, candidates, and the overall community. 

Job Duties:

  • Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through networking, social media, internet mining (job boards, Boolean search strings), and our internal databases.
  • Builds, increases, and maintains a diverse qualified candidate pool.
  • Conducts initial screenings of potential candidates to understand their skills and motivators.
  • Host and attend job fairs and networking events. Attracts new talent by using social media outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
  • Closely partners with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Partners, and hiring managers to understand business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
  • Delivers a pre-determined number of passive and active candidates on a weekly basis.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future and/or unexpected hiring needs.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related degree is required. This position cannot accept experience in lieu of the required education. 

Experience: 

  • Two (2) years of related sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing/recruiting for healthcare professionals at all levels is highly preferred. 
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Extensive experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
