Position Summary
Position responsible for the general maintenance of the Master Schedules in IDX System and acts as department liaison for after hour advisory service.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines.
- Communicates changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery.
- Updates scheduling protocol and manual as needed.
- Monitors ACD reports daily.
- Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning.
- Assists with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- IDX scheduling.
- Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification.
- Minimum of two years computerized appointment scheduling experience.
- One year previous management experience.

Salary Range
$44,700.00 - $73,800.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
