Compensation :
Pay Range: $81,525 - $132,475 / year

Job Description:
To oversee daily operations of inpatient rehab including implementation of department processes, ensuring adequate staffing levels, working with interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care and oversee staff on-boarding/orientation.

Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation therapy discipline (e.g., PT, OT, ST, TR, MT) and four (4) years of clinical experience in a hospital therapy setting, preferably inpatient rehabilitation. Previous leadership experience required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Quality preferred. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or Music Therapist by the appropriate State of Alabama Board required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
