Job Summary/Responsibilities | This position involves assisting with Facilities projects over the summer. Work will also include, but is not limited to: inventorying Housing Assets , moving and checking furniture, cleaning, file organization, office move preperations, and all other duties as assigned by the assigned Supervisor. |
Required Qualifications | This position requires an ability to learn quickly and must possess good communication skills, be flexible with a variety of assignments and must be able to exercise good judgment. Experience working within a customer service oriented environment is beneficial. The employee must be able to maintain a professional attitude, be friendly and congenial, promote departmental and university policies and represent the University of North Florida, the Department of Housing Operations and the Department of Residence Life to residents and guests in a positive and supportive manner. The applicant will use diplomacy while working with individuals of various backgrounds and ages. |
Preferred Qualifications | Experience working with computers / technology. Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks. |
