The Part-Time Summer Instructor will be working for the Fulton County Upward Bound Program Serving Atlanta, GA. The University System of Georgia, is accepting applications for Part-time English Summer Instructor for the Upward Bound 6-week Summer Enrichment Program. The Instructor will be required to teach classes to Upward Bound participants, who are teens from several local area target high schools. The instructor will be expected to possess outstanding teaching skills for a diverse population of participants and maintain classroom etiquette conducive to learning. Also, the instructor will be required to maintain grades for each participant. The Summer Enrichment Program will be held at Atlanta Metropolitan State College in Atlanta, Georgia.

A Bachelors Degree in related subject area. The Applicant must have the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of students, fostering an environment that supports student achievement within the educational context. 

The Salary is $2,500.00/ program. Instructors will work for four weeks, Monday through Thursday up to 19 hours per week.
