Position Announcement

The Woodbury School of Business is seeking a student to assist in the computer labs.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Assist students in computer labs.

  • Keep computer labs clean.

  • Fill paper and replace printer toner.

  • Assist with A/V in classrooms.

  • Assist WSB IT Support Team


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

  • Must be a current UVU student.


Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 and specialized business software.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Knowledge and working experience with MacOS and Windows and the ability to troubleshoot, install, and maintain systems.

  • Experience with mobile devices such as phones, tablets, and (iOS & Android) personal devices.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Capable of lifting, moving, and climbing.
