Position Summary | IT Applications seeks
customer-focused, detail-oriented students to join our talented team. The
Applications Support Team is responsible for providing advanced
troubleshooting and technical support for over a hundred tools and
applications, including Accounts Management, Banner/LoboWeb, LoboTrax, cPanel
web hosting, MyUNM, and Help.UNM.
While this position will be responsible for processing NetID and web
hosting requests, you may also learn and apply basic and advanced
troubleshooting techniques with regard to our applications portfolio, and may
assist with resolving and documenting issues and solutions. Based on your skills and interests, you may
begin to specialize in one area and receive additional technical training and
coaching. This is an opportunity to
get in on the ground floor and learn dozens of tools, technologies, and
skills from experts in their field.
