Job Description | General Description: The Student Support Database Manager is primarily responsible for implementing and administering case coordination and Maxient-based technical assistance, leadership, or training that results in supporting students, faculty, or staff as they navigate the college’s student conduct process, Threat Assessment Team (TAT) process, Clery reports, or the NOVA Cares program. The Student Support Database Manager provides overall administrative oversight for Maxient in areas that fall under the Office of Student Support Services or units that are led by the Associate Vice President for Student Support Services. This position reports to the Associate President for Student Support Services. Duties and Tasks:
