Summer Camp Front Office Clerk II
This position typically works 30-39 hours per week, with flexible schedule that includes weekends. Responsible for duties pertaining to the day-to-day summer camp operations, which includes but is not limited to: front desk shifts, assisting sponsors and guests with all requests and complaints; working knowledge of Microsoft office, multiple line phone system and campus layout; camp check-ins and checkouts and key preparation. Strong customer service and clerical skills required.
Summer Camp Front Office Clerk I
This position typically works 16-32 hours per week, with flexible schedule that includes weekends. Responsible for duties pertaining to the day-to-day summer camp operations, which includes but is not limited to: relief front desk shifts, assisting sponsors and guests with all requests and complaints; working knowledge of Microsoft office, multiple line phone system and campus layout; camp check-ins and checkouts and key preparation. Strong customer service and clerical skills required.
Summer Camp Assistant
This position typically works 15 hours per week, with flexible schedule that includes weekends. Responsible for duties pertaining to the day-to-day summer camp operations, which includes but is not limited to: assisting sponsors and guests with all requests and complaints; working knowledge of Microsoft office, multiple line phone system and campus layout; camp check-ins and checkouts and key preparation, room inspections and linen service. Strong customer service and clerical skills required.

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
Must attach Spring, Summer or Fall 2024 ONE class schedule.

- May be required to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time. May be required to walk long distances.
