Position Summary Information


Objective
The Student Information Telephone Specialist will assist students, parents, faculty and staff on all Blinn College campuses via telephone, chat, web, and email with their admissions, registration, financial aid, advising, housing, payments, and student account questions, as well as assist staff with data entry in specific offices.
Required Quals Summary
High School diploma or GED. 2 years of customer service experience.

This is a 12 month, benefits eligible position. Blinn College pays 100% of health insurance for full time employees, 50% for dependents, and two times your annual salary in life insurance benefits.
