Student Assistants used primarily in Mail Services to process packages and letters, as well as Bobcat Card Office if needed to create ID's/badges and perform office duties such as answering phones and running errands around campus.

Process incoming packages - 50%
Check packages into tracking system.  Retrieve stored packages for students
Help customers - 30%
Will assist customers who visit the service window
Make ID¿s/Badges - 5%
Create id's badges for students, faculty, and staff
Answer phones - 10%
Will answer the main line of the office and direct phone calls as requested.
Run errands - 5%
Pick up / deliver documents to other departments around campus

Educational Requirements
High School diploma
Other Required Qualifications
Friendly, engaging and focused
Required Experience
Enrolled at GCSU

ABILITIES
Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
SKILLS
Need to be able to effectively use a phone and computer
