Job Summary
The UK Pigman College of Engineering is seeking a highly motivated professional to work with the Director of Recruitment to utilize research and data analysis from our program to develop a strategic recruiting plan which will include visiting high schools, schedule personal meetings with visiting students, schedule virtual meetings and events for prospective students, assist in the development of high-quality recruiting materials, and develop new initiatives to attract eligible freshmen and transfer students (not limited to gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, socioeconomic status, etc.) primarily from inside the state of Kentucky. Occasional assistance with out-of-state recruitment initiatives, as necessary. The individual must communicate frequently with prospective students and families via phone, email, virtual and in-person interactions. The selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and attend recruitment and outreach events directed at potential students throughout the year. Frequent travel throughout Kentucky is required.
