Position Summary:             

The Student Accounts Manger is responsible for the management and reconciliation from Banner AR to Banner Finance.  Acts as a key liaison from Student Finance areas with accounting and finance to insure that data flows properly.  Serves as the point of contact for vendors and third parties relating to payments and refunds of all types. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of tuition accounts with finance accounts, including all deposits/transfers with the bank;
  • Reconciliation of TAP, returns to TAP and direct initial receipts of TAP funds to proper accounts;
  • Daily cashier oversight, review of management, corrections, education of cashiers as to proper procedures by instruction;
  • Providing the Director with analysis and monthly data for changes in account receivables;
  • Providing data from Banner as needed to problem solve or report by various department heads or managers;
  • Assist with reconciliation of Institutional Loan accounts and funds received from ECSI. 

Experience & Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and applicable years of experience.

Salary Range:

  • $62,400 - $62,400
