Student Accounts Manager

The Student Accounts Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing all activities of the Student Accounts department.  These activities include student billing, third-party billing, collections, refunds, and cashiering.  The manager provides appropriate guidance, direction, and training to the Student Accounts team to ensure professional communications, interactions, and work products.  The manager ensures the integrity and accuracy of individual student accounts and overall cash management.  The manager collaborates with other university leaders in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as well as maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure financial and regulatory compliance. The manager assists the department in troubleshooting issues and addressing customer service requests from the university's One-Stop student service center.   

The manager reports directly to the Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs / Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The manager collaborates with the CFO to develop the strategic vision for the department with a focus on developing a continuous quality improvement culture that seeks innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.   

The individual hired would work a hybrid schedule.
