Job Summary
Technical Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
System Administration:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in system upgrades and installations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware, software configurations, and support procedures.
- Generate reports on support activities and system performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information and provide solutions.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions.
Training and Development:
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
