Job Summary
Under the direct leadership of the Director, Physical Plant Medical Center, the Maintenance Technician II will implement the PPDMC mission and goals by delivering general maintenance services to UK HealthCare Hospital facilities in compliance with The Joint Commission Standards by Completes building maintenance repairs within a timely manner. Required to troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, to include faucets, commodes, sewer lines, water lines, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, air handler units, reheat coils, thermostats. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plugs, lights, ballast, fuses, replace broken or defective parts.
With this position, you may be eligible for health benefits if working on average over 30 hours per week.
