Required Degree: PhD required. The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: Demonstrated excellence and willingness to contribute to the department in the areas of teaching and research.

The Department of Statistics at Brigham Young University is seeking applications for a visiting professor position at any level (assistant, associate, or full professor).  Starting rank and salary will be based on qualifications and experience.  The department places a strong emphasis on undergraduate education and offers a master's degree.  Candidates will be evaluated on the contributions they can make to the department in teaching and research.  Applications from all statistical fields are welcomed. 

Duties/Expectations: Assist the department in teaching undergraduate and graduate statistics at the introductory and advanced levels, conducting research and supporting the university, college, and department goals and mission.
