Job Summary

The Student Office Assistant will assist the support person and the administrator with completing duties as assigned. Tasks may include filing, copying, typing, working with spreadsheets, scanning and sorting documents, creating and designing decorations, organizing and restocking supplies, and working with Publisher and Power Point. This position will also train others within the department on how to use equipment and programs, and deliver & pickup mail or packages including boxes (25+lbs) daily for the central office, as well as fueling the department vehicles.


Pay Rate

$14.00/hour

Work Hours

Monday – Friday 11:00am – 3:30pm


Functional Expectations

Must be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Lift 25+ lbs. from floor to waist.
- Occasionally transport up to 25+ lbs. up or down stairs.
- Move between campus buildings without a vehicle in any type of weather.
- Sit or stand for long periods of time.
