Job Summary | As a Special Programs Coordinator for Career Readiness at the University Career Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the Assistant Director of Career Readiness in shaping and implementing career readiness programs and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to integrate career readiness into curriculum and university. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for career development, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Special Programs Coordinator for Career Readiness is a part of the Career Development Team and reports directly to the Assistant Director of Career Readiness and works closely with the Associate Director and Career Consultants. It is imperative that this position demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. In addition to utilizing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. |

Additional Information | Remote Work Statement After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
