Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the incumbent will be assigned to the Citywide Focus Hong Ling Team. The Hong Ling team has a focus on Asian clients. The incumbent will provide tangible case management services such as arranging temporary housing, assisting in the filing for benefits or welfare assistance, scheduling client personal activities in accord with psychiatric problems and prescribed care; provide a supportive relationship to clients; provide crisis intervention as needed; make appropriate referrals; maintains client records according to California, City and County requirements; and participate in an interdisciplinary treatment team. Attends staff meetings and participates in training session, other duties as assigned.
