Position Summary

Social Media Marketing Assistant Description
To assist the Public Information Officer for the Valencia Campus with Social Media Marketing on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Phone will be provided. 15-20 hours a week. May require attendance to UNM Athletic Games and Events.

Position Summary: Duties & Roles 

  • Work Closely with the Marketing Manager/DBO of The UNM-Valencia Campus..
  • Support and aid in Social Media Marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Etc. for UNM-Valencia Campus.
  • Use provided Cell Phone to video tape/take pictures and upload to Social Media.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Work study preferred, but not required. 
  • Experience using Social Media through cell phone.
  • License in the State of NM to use Official Vehicle to go to UNM games and events
  • Writing, Research skills
  • Student must be registered for at least 3 credit hours for Fall 2022 semester. 
  • Student must have filled out a FAFSA and be eligible for work study funding.
