Job Description
The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Service Associate within Three Leaf Catering. The UEE division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position?
The Service Associate supports the mission and goals of a “Best in Class” dining program. As a culinary production member of a dynamic culinary operation, the associate will support the daily operations at the Center for Culinary Excellence. This position will complete general assignments related to the service and clean-up of food production through standards of service/hospitality. This “back-of-house” position is critical to ensuring all guests experience excellent food production and service, by acting responsive to the changing needs of culinary production and service. This position carries many different duties and depending on the assigned area, the percentage of work for the duties and responsibility change. The Service Associate will prepare work areas for service; set up and clean equipment and facilities; participate in general assignments, such as ware washing, preparation and delivery of food, trash removal; and is responsible for performing tasks related to the appearance, safety and sanitation of food service facilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience
