Senior Project Controls Software Analyst


Department:
Administration and Planning | FOD Design and Construction

The Senior Project Controls Software Analyst will be responsible for managing integrations between Adaptive, Workday and e-Builder, including approving processes and resolving integrations errors.  Develops, modifies, and analyzes business workflow processes, reports and dashboards to support Wexner Medical Center Facilities Design and Construction projects.  Provides operational assessments to ensure e-Builder process workflows are effective and supports all university and state policies and procedures.  Proactively identifies e-Builder process improvement opportunities and removes workflow barriers to support the life cycle of a project.  Facilitates multiple process improvement efforts to ensure goals and strategic priorities are met. Strong business partnership with Wexner Medical Center, Health Sciences, Facilities Design and Construction, Legal Affairs, Planning and Real Estate, A&P Shared Services, and Workday Enterprise Project team.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields required and (4) years of relevant experience required

OR

Bachelors Degree and six (6) years of experience in project administration/management or coordination duties.

  • Document controls using e-builder or similar tool supporting a large department or group in project controls, financial reporting, project management or related field

  • Intermediate level experience with computerized systems, database management and spreadsheet and word-processing programs to manipulate data and create reports.

  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and staff.

  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to changing cultures

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff within a large organization.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to compose correspondence and reports.

  • Successful candidate is an excellent communicator, critical thinker, motivated with a positive attitude, and able to independently work on and balance priorities for multiple initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of construction industry including methodology, terminology, workflow/paper flow of design and construction activities as well as demonstrated knowledge of contract documents, specifications.

Knowledge of University policies, rules and regulations.

This is a hybrid position.

Target Salary Range: $73,100-$97,500
