The Center for Emergency Medical Services (CEMS) at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center serves as an expert resource for all pre-hospital activity by conducting targeted outreach, providing expansive and comprehensive education, and finding innovative ways to improve quality in partnership with our emergency department, time critical disease clinical teams and local EMS. The Center for EMS supports the medical center in being the preferred partner of EMS providers throughout Ohio for Patient Care, Education and Research by creating long term collaborative relationships that improve people’s lives and are mutually beneficial to OSUMC and our EMS partners. This position within the Center for EMS will focus on building relationships by developing, implementing and evaluating outreach solutions that support access to expert clinical care and clinician education as outlined in the Center for EMS Strategic Plan.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Services Administration or related field.

  • Graduate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5 years of progressively responsible clinical and managerial experience in healthcare.

  • Proven ability to build consensus, listen and manage customer issues is desired.
