Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 10lbs and regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing).
Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm. As an exempt level position, additional hours may be required to meet department needs.
Job Summary
The Compensation Analyst Senior will devise plans based on data to contribute to the operational goals of the department and organization. The Compensation Analyst Senior will assess and perform analysis on collected wage data, and prepare wage and salary data to assist compensation, forecasting, and management functions of the organization.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities which include the following: advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with emphasis in Excel worksheets; experience with database and decision support systems is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in human resources, compensation, and data management. Ability to command respect and confidence with professional peers. Strong analytical skills. Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service. Ability to gain respect and confidence with professional peers.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional preferred.
Previous compensation experience highly preferred.
