Minimum Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Sport Administration, Education, or a related field of study
- Must have current American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid Certification, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire date
- Must have demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships and partnerships with students, faculty, and staff

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous demonstrated experience and knowledge of fitness and aquatic programming, business operations, and facility management within a collegiate setting.
