Job Description
ECU Department of Campus living is currently seeking several Neighborhood Service Office Residential Services Representatives to fulfill the following general roles and responsibilities:
•Performs administrative duties at the Neighborhood Service Office desk to include but not limited to resident check-ins & outs, cancellations, loaner keys, room changes, work orders, loaner items
•Checks mail in and out for residential students
•Answers phone calls and walk-in questions while providing excellent customer service
•Acts as a positive and professional University and Campus Living representative at all times
•Other duties as assigned. Applicants should be available to work through Spring 2025.
