Job Description
ECU Department of Client Engagement and Support is currently seeking a Classroom Technology Technician. ITCS AV Services and Support provides classroom technology assistance
for faculty and staff on the East and West Campus. This position is for the Health Sciences Campus (West).
Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support for issues in the classroom reported by faculty
  • Performing preventive maintenance during down times
  • Replacing and imaging PCs in the classroom podiums
  • Removing and installing AV equipment in the classroom podiums


This position will report directly to the AV services and support Supervisor.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Computer Science Major
