We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the School of Accountancy Front Office Assistant (Administrative Support Assistant II). The Administrative Support Assistant II provides administrative support for the School of Accountancy in the College of Business and Economics. Provides first point of contact customer service to a diverse population, including students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors. Answers telephones, makes copies, distributes mail, and maintains and updates physical and computer files. Responsible for preparing Directive 11s, travel documentation, invoices, scholarships, and other documents. Supports faculty by processing grade changes, issuing registration permits, reproducing course materials and exams, and coordinating textbook orders. Participates in all departmental events and projects, including Student Success projects. Assists with student assistant hiring and oversight. Updates and maintains webpages. Works with College of Business and Economics’ digital marketing team to update and maintain social media platforms. Responsible for the creation and distribution of the annual report. Assists with student clubs. Provides administrative back-up support to the Administrative Support Coordinator. Attends training and relevant department and college meetings. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Other duties as assigned.
