Department/Organization: 508107 - Capstone Village Residential Service


Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings & weekends required


Job Summary: The Resident Services Associate assists with the design, setup, and facilitation of various physical, cognitive, creative, social activities, and community outings. Assists with the preparation of necessary records. Assists in coordinating community sponsored travel, trips, and outings. Maintains a safe and organized activity environment.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of recreation and exercise activity leadership experience .


Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.


Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Assisted Living and Specialty Care Assisted Living residents.
