This position will support an exciting investment in a long-term systems research facility designed to host unique opportunities for Ohio State staff, faculty, students, and Ohio's farm community. The selected candidate will need to work independently with minimal supervision in various weather conditions and with a diverse set of materials, sampling sites, and provided protocols to assess soil health, hydrology, existing ecosystem services or natural features, and operational assets such as fencing and water supplies. Preference given to students with prior experience in research or similar detail-oriented work, and prior coursework establishing an existing knowledge of agricultural and/or environmental systems.
